Welcome to the Gin Interpretive Center.

The Alentejo of the 21ST century is much more than wine, olive oil and tourism. It is also here, in the heart of the Alentejo, that is located the first and only center of the Iberian Peninsula dedicated to make known the science and mechanics behind the production of gin.

Whether through a guided tour with technical tests of gin, thematic workshops, experimentation of botanicals and infusions or multimedia content and virtual reality, we guarantee that you will have a unique sensory experience.

It is through our cycles of workshops and commented proofs that we convey our knowledge.

Here at the Gin Interpretation Center an experienced tutor will turn everyone who visits us to graduate specialists in gins. After the guided tour, try the comparison of Monodistiladas, the commented proofs or the theoretical workshop on gins. If you wish, we can even plan a specific test for your event.

The Interpretive Center also integrates a store where visitors can acquire our gins, merchandising and some regional products that we think complement perfectly our flavors, but also a living area where they can taste, Slowly, one of our gins.
